A three-month, credit-bearing internship on a working PA-certified raw milk dairy, for college students registered in an internship-credit program. Two tracks: farm education, and cheesemaking/herdsmanship.
Who it's for.
Open to students 17 and older who are registered in a college internship program that awards credit. The schedule is three eight-hour days a week plus one four-hour block, for three months. Days are flexible, worked out with the farm.
Before starting, every intern submits a PA child abuse clearance, then interviews with the farm's internship team.
