The farmhouse
The farmhouse dates to 1850 and was completely renovated in 1998, with the plan of retaining its original warmth and charm. The original beams are still visible in the living room ceiling. There is a three-season porch, and gardens.
It is available to rent for groups of up to forty people, and for extended occupancy by visiting families. The bathroom is on the second floor.
The indoor arena
The indoor arena is available to rent for agriculture-related group activities, spring through fall. There are electric and water hook-ups in it, and room on site for seventy-five cars at one time.
House rules
No alcohol is allowed on the property at any time, unless it is part of the group event and covered by the rider on the group's insurance.
Children are supervised by their parents or guardians at all times. Nobody enters an animal pen without farm staff supervision. During milking, or when the cows are being moved, everyone stays clear.
