Ways to visit and learn
Cheese Making
Hands-on, not a demonstration: make chèvre and mozzarella in a morning, or cheddar over a full day, on a working dairy. Take cheese home.
Bread Baking
Learn the twelve steps of bread baking, from mixing to the oven. Bake a focaccia or a white loaf and take it home.
Riding Lessons
All ages, beginner to advanced, year round. Grooming and horse care are part of every lesson.
Summer Camp
Three week-long day camps, ages 4–14. Animals, dairy, garden, and riding, Monday through Friday.
Tours & Group Visits

When is the farm store open?
Monday through Saturday 7:30 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 1 to 5 PM. Walk in, help yourself, and pay at the box.

1922 Flint Hill Road, Coopersburg, PA 18036, about twenty minutes from Allentown. Get directions
Can I bring my dog?
No dogs, please. Our farm dogs are trained to keep other dogs, coyotes and foxes off the farm, so it isn't a safe place for a visiting dog.
