From the Cicione and Hassick families to Kathleen Fields
The Cicione and Hassick families farmed this ground from the early 1910s until 1997, when Kathleen Fields, an MSN and Certified Nurse-Midwife, took over. In 2001, Flint Hill Farm entered Lehigh County's Farm Preservation Program, and in 2006 Kathy founded the Flint Hill Farm Educational Center, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit that still runs the classes, tours, and camps today.
