Cheese Making Class

This price is for one person. The class covers basic concepts of culture, types of milks, coagulation, use of different press option. Each person takes home a piece of finished cheddar and the mozzarella they make during that day. Each participant also receives a resource paper where they can access additional educational material, cultures and rennet.
