Farmstead parmesan made from our goats' milk. A hard cheese for grating or eating in shards.

Grate it over pasta, soup, or salad.

Made here, from our own milk

Every cheese in our cheese room starts as milk from our own Jersey cows and dairy goats, milked in the barn on Flint Hill Road. Milk that doesn't sell fresh doesn't go to waste: it's made into cheese in the farm's make room and aged on the racks in the cheese room. Every piece, half pound or pound, is cut from one of our own 4 to 5 lb rounds.
