Alpine goat kids
The farm breeds Alpine dairy goats. Kidding runs from the end of March to the middle of April each year, so the kids are on the ground in spring.
All buck kids are sold by Easter each year, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you want one, the time to ask is before then.
Seeing the kids is by appointment. Call the farm.
Jersey calves
The farm keeps a small Jersey herd, and calves arrive with the herd's own calving. Call to ask what is on the ground.
About the oxen
Steers are trained here to work as oxen, starting as Jersey calves. That work is not a sales list. It is training that takes years, and what is in hand changes. If you are looking for working oxen, call the farm and ask; do not assume from this page that something is available.
